The following services are not included in our general pest management services, because not everyone has these issues, and we don’t want to charge you for something that you don’t need. All of our service specialists are trained in the additional services and are ready to help you.

Ant Control

Branded Pest Defense specializes in dealing with fire ants, leaf cutter ants, and Carpenter Ants. These are the most common species in the Montgomery County area.

Leaf Cutter Ant Control

Leaf cutter ants cause quick damage and destruction to your landscaping and vegetation. We offer a complete liquid treatment to eliminate leaf cutter ants around your property.

Carpenter Ants

If you notice wood shavings around your window seals, you may have an issue with carpenter ants.  Rustling sounds in wall voids would be another indication a colony is nearby. We can help you eradicate them by doing a liquid treatment. You don’t want to wait on these guys. They can eat your house up, just like termites.

Fire Ant Control

Fire ants are one of the biggest issues local property owners deal with in their yards. Not only can these ants be a real nuisance, but they can sting and cause a burning sensation. We currently offer one-time liquid treatments, six-month liquid treatments, or annual granular treatment programs to assist you in your fire ant control efforts.

Bed Bug Control

We know how tricky bed bugs can be and understand that your top priority is removing these insects completely. Our service specialists are highly trained in bed bug control and can provide a resolution to any bed bug infestation that you are experiencing on your property.

We use a specialized treatment to defeat bed bugs and kill off their eggs. To ensure we do the best treatment to get rid of the bed bugs, we do require customers help us prepare the area before treatment.

1. Beds must be stripped of all bedding and skirts and placed into trash bags; only box springs and mattresses can remain in sleeping quarters.
2. Customers must remove all curtains and put them in trash bags.
3. Remove all items stored or placed under beds and place clothing and fabrics in trash bags.
4. All dressers and closets must be fully cleaned and emptied of items, and all clothing and fabrics put in trash bags.
5. Clean the living room before a bed bug treatment, and put any blankets, clothing, or loose fabrics in trash bags.
6. Remove any furniture from the home before our service specialists arrive that you are not keeping, as they are not allowed to move anything. Make sure that you only remove furniture or items you are throwing away.
7. Remove all trash bags filled with clothing and fabrics and take them to a laundromat. Wash in hot water and dry them. Throw away all trash bags in an outside trash can at the laundromat and bring the clean items home in new trash bags to prevent reinfestation.

It is also important to note that after treatment, you will not be able to re-enter your property for at least four hours for safety reasons. When the customer follows the required preparations, we offer a 30-day warranty on our bed bug treatments.  It takes the customer and the Service Specialist working together to get the job done.

Flea Control

Our interior treatment services for fleas include carpeting and rugs, while our exterior treatment services include a forty-foot perimeter around your property, focusing primarily on shaded areas where fleas and ticks love to hide. We apply both interior and exterior treatments at the same time.

Before your flea control treatment, customers will have to do a little bit of preparation work to make the treatment process as smooth and effective as possible.

1. All floors should be swept and vacuumed before treatment AND two consecutive days after we apply the treatment.
2. All pets on the property will need to receive a flea treatment shampoo or dip on the same day we apply the treatment.
3. You and your pets will not be able to enter your property for at least two hours after treatment. This allows the treatment to safely dry around your property and prevent risks from occurring.

Mosquito Control

Mosquitoes are a serious nuisance that can make being outdoors unbearable. Our mosquito management services will reduce and prevent mosquito populations on your property. Rodent Control

Our rodent control services include several treatment methods and options to meet your needs. 

Baiting and trapping services will eliminate the rodents already in your home or business. We inspect and refill bait traps every month until the problem is taken care of.

Rodent removal: We will place out traps and remove rodents as we catch them (there is a trip fee per removal trip). 

Exclusion services for homes and businesses: We will seal rodent entry points from your foundation to as high as your attic. This step prevents rodents from getting inside and stops new infestations. 

Stinging Insect Control

We offer complete stinging insect control for the following:

• Carpenter Bees – These are one ofthe larger bee species seen flying around independently instead of within large colonies. These bees can cause damage to homes and wooden structures as they bore into wood to lay eggs and leave large holes. 
• Wasps & Hornets – These insects can be very aggressive and do not hesitate to sting when they feel threatened. 
• We DO NOT treat bees, because of their role in pollination. If you have an issue, you can give us a call and we can refer you to someone that will remove them and the nest safely from your property.

Termite Control
